Every year the South Carolina Breastfeeding Coalition recognizes a person, group, business, or other entity for their support of breastfeeding through the Sharon Spriggs Gold Ribbon Award.  Congratulations to Dr. Marshall Goldstein and Dr. Leslie MacTaggart Myers for 2008!

The award is given in recognition of the nominee's contributions in the promotion and support of the art and science of human milk feeding as the superior form of infant nutrition and nurture. Nominees can be an individual, group, organization, or business. The recipient will be recognized at our Fall Coalition meeting in October 2009.
